Hey there, I'm Meghan!


A few years ago, I was in the thick of pregnancy loss and infertility. I refused to believe that my body was broken despite being told that by doctors.

I decided to take my health and fertility into my own hands. I spent all my time researching, listening to podcasts, becoming a Nutritional therapy practitioner and attending seminars to learn that everything I was at that time was a direct link to my dysfunction.

Under eating, overexercising, skipping meals, coffee for breakfast, doing "all the things" had driven my body to a state of fear. I was running on stress hormones and my body didn't feel safe.

It was no wonder it wouldn't let me get pregnant and grow another human. It was just trying to keep me alive.

It was through this experience, that I recognized how by focusing on our metabolism we can gain true healing.

This is exactly what I did and conceived my rainbow baby, Carter on my own. Now I have taken all of that knowledge and experience and poured it into this course, for you, so that you can avoid the years of pain I went through and bring home your baby.
